At Emily Nicole Esthetics, all retail product sales are considered final once purchased and opened. We take pride in offering professional-grade skincare products that are carefully selected to support your skin goals, and we are always available to guide you before purchase to ensure the best fit for your needs.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only on unopened, unused products within 14 days of the original purchase date (for both in-person and online orders).
To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in new condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Any product that has been opened or used

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and effectiveness of the skincare we provide.

Please include your name, order details, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
